Charming decor and furnishings throughout the hotel.
The pressure to upgrade our room was frustrating. We were shoved towards a costly upgrade upon arrival, only to be miserable throughout the night with noise from an all-night street party right outside. It was infuriating that we weren't informed about this beforehand, which ruined our chances of a good night's sleep.

Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a living history book. The charming decor and fine view of the river were highlights. Breakfast variety could improve as we faced some limited options. A good experience immersed in local culture.

great location but some breakfast issues
The building had a unique character that added charm to our stay. The room was Spacious and offered a lovely view of the mountains. The central location made it easy to explore the town on foot.
Breakfast selection was limited when we arrived, which was disappointing.

The hotel did have a great location right on the main square. This made wandering around town super easy. My room offered stunning views of the old bridge and the river. I loved sitting on the balcony, soaking up the atmosphere. The decor had a vintage charm that resonated with the history of the place. However, it wasn't all perfect. The noise from the square during the night made it hard to sleep, especially with a local festival going on. I didn't appreciate being pushed to upgrade to a quieter room upon arrival. Additionally, the bathroom was quite small and felt a bit outdated. Breakfast was a letdown. By the time I arrived, there were hardly any choices left. Overall, the ambiance and location stood out, but the noise and dining experience could use improvement.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! It was super close to the Vallter ski resort, perfect for snow sports, and the mountain bike routes made for an adventurous trip. Rooms were comfy, and it was nice to relax in our spacious accommodations. Breakfast was decent too. Just know that parking might be tricky!
One downside was during breakfast. the food selection was quite limited by the time we got there. It felt like we got the leftovers, which was disappointing given the cost.

Great for couples looking for charm
When we arrived, the owner personally took us to the parking, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh cooked eggs and good coffee, made the morning feel special.
It wasn't inexpensive but still quite reasonable.

The room was spacious and quiet with a nice view of the square. It had a touch of luxury with decent furnishings, but the Wi-Fi was only in public areas. A bit of a hassle, especially nowadays. The bathroom was small and could use some updating. Overall, it felt good to relax here with its old-world charm, but just be ready for some minor inconveniences.
